I have been following this brand since quite some time on Instagram and I had always been very keen to try out their products. This was my first order with them through Vanity Wagon, and while the balm is pretty hydrating, as it should be, after a couple of uses I found some granulated particles in the balm that make application a bit difficult. When applying these particles embedded in the balm scrape against my lip, making the application unpleasant. 590 rupees is quite a steep amount to pay for a lip balm, and while I appreciate that the brand is fully non-toxic, cruelty free, organic and everything, I would have liked it better if the quality met the price, that is the only reason I have taken off two stars. Perhaps the makers can ensure that the ingredients are ground to perfection before being mounded into the balm.
