Its an oil based serum. Just a pump would do the job for mid length damp hair. When used in large quantity it does weigh down the hair. For dry extremely frizzy hair its a decent formula,but definitely would appreciate a better formula than oil for hair serum. Appreciate vanity wagon team for fast delivery .
