1. Start by cleansing your face and applying a serum or a facial oil
2. Turn the tool on by rotating the end of the device.
3. Roll the tool in an upwards direction from the neck to the face to ease muscle tension and give a lifting affect
4. Use similar upward and outward motions from the chin and nose to the ears and jawline.
5. Gently repeat these motions on the under-eye area to get rid of dark circles and drain lymph
6. The vibrations emitted by the roller can also be used on the pressure points to relieve stress
