Mix 2-3 drops of WishCare Peppermint essential oil with a suitable carrier oil and dab it on the temples, forehead, over the sinuses (careful to avoid contact with your eyes), and on the back of the neck to relieve head pressure3. Use a dilution of 10 drops WishCare Peppermint Oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil to soothe irritated skin.
