Disappointed at its package

The lipbalm is not hydrating enough nd wen i rotated the lipbalm to come out ,it got stuck and there's no going back i was using sebamed it is costly for a lipbalm so i wanted to try this one but it just turned out to be a waste of money. I d k whom to blame vanitywagon or the deconstruct company. I've managed to put the lipbalm to my another tub nd its so messy now 🫥it tastes good like a vanilla toffee it is the only good thing
