HOW TO USE
For a hot brew: Add 1 teaspoon per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80°C) on the flowers and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes. For a cocktail: Infuse (1 tsp per cup (240ml) of alcohol) in any clear alcohol - gin/vodka/ white rum/ tequila for half an hour.
