Home Remedies To Reduce Dark Spots

1. Mask 1- Star Ingredient: PAPAYA

-Blend together two tablespoons of honey and a half-cup of mashed papaya.

-Gently apply the mixture all over your face for 15-20 minutes.

-Wash it off and moisturize.

-Apply this face pack twice-thrice a month to notice visible changes.

2. Mask 2- Star Ingredient: TURMERIC

-Take one part turmeric to one part honey.

-You can add a few drops of lemon juice(if you do not have a sensitive skin type).

-Apply on your face for 15-20 minutes and wash it off.

-Apply this face pack twice a month to notice visible changes.

3. Mask 3- Star Ingredient: ALMOND OIL

-Take a tsp of Almond oil, half tsp of besan (gram flour) and a pinch of turmeric.

-Mix them, use circular motion upward while applying.

-Wash off when semi-dry.

-Almond oil is effective and renowned for its dark-spot reducing properties.

4. Mask 4- Star Ingredient: YOGHURT

-Can be applied as it is.

OR

-Mix honey/lemon and yoghurt together and apply on your face for 15-20 minutes.

-Rinse off and moisturize.

-The Lactic Acid in yoghurt helps reduce dark spots and pigmentation.

5. Mask 5- Star Ingredient: TOMATO

-Can be applied as it is.

OR

-Take juice of one tomato mixed with a pinch of turmeric and sandalwood powder to make a paste.

-Apply until it dries off and rinse.

-Apply it regularly to see visible differences and reduced dark spots.
