Kottamchukkadi Thailam is renowned for its therapeutical benefits on vata disorders. Known in Ayurveda for its pain relieving action, Kottamchukkadi thailam helps subside inflammation in joint.

HOW TO USE

Slightly warm the oil and massage into the skin. Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes so that it's fully absorbed by skin. Follow up with a warm bath using a mild natural soap or cleanser.

Excellent oil

I have been purchasing Kottamchukkadi oil from Shesha Ayurveda for the last one year or so. I have also tried the same oil from other manufacturers at much cheaper rates. However, Shesha oil beats them all in quality. The body absorbs the oil quickly and we hardly notice when the pain is relieved.
