Rom&nd’s ultra-popular Glasting Water Gloss offers a non-sticky, non-irritating plumping formula for full, defined lips. It is enriched with sweet almond extract for added hydration. The lightweight formula allows you to build the gloss layer without stickiness, for a full, high-definition gloss. The Glasting Water Gloss creates glossy lips with a moderate amount of sparkling.

HOW TO USE

Apply a moderate amount from the inner lip to the outer lip.

It works by coating your lips with a glassy film that delivers maximum shine thanks to a separate layer of color pigments. This special formula allows your lips to look full and plump for longer.Reapplication is also seamless as the tints can be layered without looking patchy. Once it fades it also leaves an even stain of colour on your loops so you don't have to reapply.
