HOW TO USE

• In an essential oil diffuser, blend: 20 drops of Eucalyptus Radiata + 1 drop of Peppermint Essential Oil + 3 drops of Lemon Essential Oil. • In the morning, at midday, and in the afternoon, diffuse the aromatic blend for 15 minutes, for 6 weeks. If you use a soft heat diffuser, the diffusion duration can be up to 15 minutes maximum. TIP: In the morning, prepare 2 drops of Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil + 1 drop of Peppermint Essential Oil diluted in 2 tablespoons of Neutral Base Bath and Shower. Pour this blend in the bathwater or on wet skin, after washing yourself, apply a coat on the chest and rinse.
