The COSRX Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water is a gentle and soothing cleansing water with Niacinamide that is suitable for sensitive skin. It gently removes makeup, impurities and controls excess sebum while providing hydration. As this is a pH-balanced formula, it will neither strip nor irritate your skin.

HOW TO USE

-Pour on to a cotton pad and gently wipe all over the skin until all makeup and impurities have been removed.
-For long wear or heavy makeup, allow the cotton pad to sit on the area for about 10 seconds and then gently wipe the skin.
-For more sensitive skin, try bubble cleansing with a foam dispenser.
