Q: How early will I get the refund for the cancelled/returned items?

A: We shall return your money at the earliest, birdies. You will receive your VW coupons in case your mode of payment was cash and a bank transfer in case of payment by debit/credit card, within 14 days (mostly, way before) of us receiving and verifying the products at the warehouse.

 

Q: What are VW coupons and how can I use them?
