1. Start by cleansing your face and applying a serum or a facial oil
2. Roll the tool in an upwards direction from the neck to the face to ease muscle tension
3. Use similar upward and outward motions from the chin and nose to the ears and jawline for sculpting.
4. Gently repeat these motions on the under-eye area to get rid of dark circles and drain lymph
5. Repeat 6-7 times and clean your roller after use.
