This heady fragrance promotes better sleep and reduces fatigue. Widely used in cosmetics and perfumery, we recommend adding this to your skin and hair care regime. Pure Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil can be clear to pale yellow in colour with a rich floral scent that is fruity and herbaceous.

HOW TO USE

• CALMING, RELAXING SLEEP: Add 2 drops of lavender oil on your pillow for a restful sleep.
• HAIR HEALTH & DANDRUFF: Mix a few drops of lavender oil with coconut oil and massage your hair and scalp.
• FACE CARE & PIMPLES: Add 2-3 drops of lavender oil in 10 ml of jojoba oil and use as a moisturizer on a clean face. Reduces red, inflamed pimples.
• HEADACHE: Dilute a few drops with a carrier oil (coconut, almond oil etc.) and apply across the temples and forehead. Or add a drop to a tissue and gently inhale.
• MASSAGE, DIFFUSER & AROMATHERAPY: Blend a few drops with a carrier oil of your choice for a relaxing massage. Or just add it to your bath water. Use a few drops in a home diffuser for that relaxing floral fragrance.
